Beyer, Brown and Rosen

David L. Brown, Esq. is a senior partner at Beyer, Brown and Rosen. Mr. Brown was initially an attorney at Wells Fargo Bank and then become a Deputy District Attorney. He was hired as an Associate at Beyer, Pongratz and Rosen and in 2006 became a partner. Shortly after his former partner, Mr. Pongratz retired, the firm entered their present iteration as Beyer, Brown and Rosen. Mr. Brown handles all probate matters, a substantial portion of the Trust Litigation, and also drafts Wills, Trusts, and all related documentation. Mr. Brown approaches all legal problems from the strategic vantage point of doing trials for over twenty- years, which experience informs his careful decision-making process.
